A 50% deposit is required for multi-day trips. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to trip departure date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, we will refund your money according to the following terms:

1.) If notification of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to trip departure, you will receive a full refund, less $50 per person handling fee.

2.) 59-30 days: 50% refund.

3.) 29-15 days: 25% refund.

4.) 14 days or less: no refund.

Please remember that any balance is due 30 days prior to the date on which the trip begins. If we do not receive alternative payment from you by 30 days prior to the departure date, your balance will automatically be charged to your credit card.
